Puppy Contract 1    BACK                                                                                                                                                                                              Chesterville Australian Shepherd's WV                                                                                                      Puppy Contract page 1 of 2 Please print off and complete the following information if you are placing a deposit on a puppy.         Deposit Contract This Deposit Contract (hereinafter Contract) is effective when signed below by both Seller (whether singular or plural) and Buyer (whether singular or plural). The following terms and conditions are agreed to between Seller and Buyer: This dog is free from any lien or encumbrances from stud fee, veterinarian fees, etc., and is subject to the following terms and conditions: No guarantee is made of the show prospects of this dog. 1 year health guarantee. A non-refundable deposit of 1/2 the cost is required to hold a puppy. I accept all major credit cards safely through Pay Pal. Make Checks or Official Bank Checks Payable To: Cheryl Richards I also accept cash by UPS, US Mail any means that requires a signature... Balance will be due and checks will have cleared before possession of the puppy by the seller. If your picking up your puppy, balance due will be cash only. The seller reserves the right to cancel this contract, in which case the deposit will be refunded in full. Puppies will not be released to new homes until the age of 6 weeks. To the best of my knowledge the dog is in good health; if, however the dog is found to be suffering from a serious health defect or deceased, by a licensed veterinarian, within 72 hours of the sale, the purchaser may return the dog with a certificate from the examining veterinarian and we will refund the full purchase price, or replace with a dog of equal or better value, breeder's choice. The Breeder will not pay for exams, tests preformed, shots or worming. Puppies being shipped via airline will be charged for purchase of a small crate, health certificates, flight arrangements and all transportation cost. Flight costs will be paid by buyer according to the current fees. Puppies being shipped via airlines will be shipped no earlier than 8 weeks of age. Seller is not responsible for any stress related illness during transporting or shipping.  If deposit is made on puppy after puppy is of age to ship then Buyer has 4 weeks from the deposit date to make final payment for the puppy and all fuel and shipping costs. Buyer will be charged for additional vaccinations and veterinary costs if needed.
